The Gourmet Tart Co is a producer of the finest high-quality artisan food in Galway, with four bakery/delicatessens and a restaurant. What began in 2001 as a small French-style bakery has now become so much more. Their restaurant is located right on the doorstep of Jameson Court Apartments and strives to provide quality food using the freshest, locally sourced and in season produce. At the moment the restaurant is only open during the day until 6pm, but it is expected that their evening meal options will become available again in the Summer months.
