In the Summer,Salthill has its own Amusement Park and this is a must with kids. The Atlantaquarium also popular with young and old alike is situated to the rear of the apartments and across from the Seaview apartments.Leisure land is five minutes walk from the apartments and has a newly built public Gym with all the latest equipment.

Salthill Tourist Office is directly accross the road and it is possible to have many of the tour buses stop here to collect you on route to some of the more popular tourist attactions.

The nearest Golf Course is Salthill Golf Club which is under 1km away, or you can venture a little further with the Barna Golf Club and Oughterard.

Glenlo Abbey has a 9 hole golf Course and this is approx 3 kms .

Galway City Centre is appox 15 mins walk along the water. There are buses across the road to take you to Galway City and they run every 30 mins. There is a taxi rank right outside the door and a taxi to town should cost no more than €8.00 euros.
