Q: Are the apartments centrally located?
A: Yes the apartments are right in the centre of Salthill with all the local amenities on your doorstep. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in Salthill. You will also find the Salthill Church across the road. Salthill is also home to Casinos offering Bingo nights, snooker halls plenty of food shops and all that a good village will offer.
Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: A deposit of €250 may be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded provided the apartment has been left without damage, and with all apartment accessories intact. Please note: Jameson Court Apartments reserve the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).
Q: Are there any other fees or charges?
A: Electricity is charged based on a meter read usage. You should allow between 3 to 5 euro’s per day in summer and 3 to 8 euro’s per day in winter.
Wifi is available in all apartments and is charged at €5.00 per day.
Please ensure that apartments are left in good condition – all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed and placed back in press. Otherwise an additional charge of €30.00 will be applied. Q: What time is check in/checkout?
A: Check in is at 3pm and checkout is 11am. We will do our best to facilitate the guest at no additional cost should they require an earlier check in or later checkout subject to availability.
Q: How is the key handed over?
A: We ask you to call us 30 mins before arrival at the apartments on 087 9176970 or 087 9636772. We will then meet you at the complex and take you to your apartment. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet you, the key and instructions will be left in a suitable location.
Q: Is Car parking available?
A: Yes there is an underground car park available in the complex.
Q: How many sets of keys can we have?
A: At present, we give one set of keys. However should you require an extra set, please request and management will do their best to facilitate you.
Q: When is payment of the balance required?
A: Balance of payment is payable on arrival and electricity is payable on departure.
Q: Manned Reception in complex?
A: Although the complex is not manned 24 hours, the management are contactable at all times in case of emergency or should you encounter any problem on 087 9176970 or 087 9636772
Q: Are Groups Allowed?
A: The apartments do allow groups to stay in the apartments subject to availability, however no loud music can be played in the apartments at any time. Also if anyone is found having a party at the apartment complex they will be asked to leave immediately.
Q: Cancellations Policy
A: Cancellations of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt. Deposits paid are non refundable however if you give adequate notice of cancellation, your deposit may be used against a stay in the future.

If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent do not guarantee that emails sent are received. It is Clients responsibility to ensure that their cancellation has been received.
In the case of a single apartment booking, cancellation must be received prior to 12 noon 7 days before the arrival date and received by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . No further charges will be made for cancellation received prior to this deadline other than the loss of the deposit paid.
If the client notifies of cancellation after 12 noon 5 days before arrival date or fails to arrive then the full amount will be charged and is non refundable.
In the case of multiple booking of apartments ( 2 or more), cancellation must be received prior to 12 noon 10 days before the arrival date and received by email to

Q: What is meant by a Self Catering Apartment?
A: A Self Catering apartment is not serviced daily as in a hotel. Additionally cooking, cleaning and washing are done by the guests. There is an additional charge of €30.00 should you leave the apartment on departure with dishes uncleaned.
The beds are prepared for your arrival with linen and towels are provided. However if you have requested a travel cot we ask you to bring your own linen for health and safety reasons.
If servicing of the apartment is required this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Q: Can a booking for accommodation be extended?
A: Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. However, we cannot guarantee the same nightly rate. Generally, extra nights will be charged at the rates applicable at the time.
